SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order(s)
Placement of order without payment shall not be deemed as a confirmed sales. Any special promotion offer shall not be applicable until full payment is received from buyer.

Self Pick-up
Self pick-up order must be collected within 90 calendar days from the confirmation date of the payment receipt. Failure to collect the order within the 90 _calendar_days timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the order with no refund.

Delivery Information
For delivery services within Malaysia, delivery will be completed within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of the payment receipt.
(Please note: there will be no delivery services on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on the next working day.)
Total cost for delivery will be calculated and agreed upon check out.

For delivery services outside Malaysia, delivery date will be informed accordingly.

For West Malaysia order(s):

  • We only charge RM8.00 for any order(s) and combined shipping using city link courier services.
  • The delivery takes 1 day for major cities and 2-3 days for outskirts.
  • Any item(s) that is more than 500g, there will be an additional RM1.50 per 250g.

For East Malaysia order(s):

  • a flat rate of RM18.00 will be charged for all orders and combined shipping using city link courier services.
  • The delivery takes 2-5 days to Sarawak & Sabah.
  • Any item(s) that is more than 1 kg, there will be an additional RM15.00 per kg .
  • Notification of non receipt of items
    In the event of a non-receipt of items, a buyer must notify the company within 21 calendar days from the date of payment received.
  • Request for replacement of items
    In the event of missing or damaged items, a buyer must notify the company within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of items. Replacement request submitted after 14 calendar days will not be entertained.

In the event of a non-receipt of items,  a buyer must notify the company within 21 calendar days from the date of payment received.
