DAMAGE CLAIMS & RETURN POLICY

  • For product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the product, together with a photo of the damaged item. Email us the photo at cs@kedokedo.com .
  • Please do not throw away the damaged/defective items. We may require you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense), or we will required you to dispose of the items appropriately. Please do not discard the entire package, bubble wrap, as the courier company may want to claim it back.
  • If you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately. Please DO NOT breaks the packaging or uses it. Once used or touched, it is considered SOLD. It is our fault to send the wrong product, but as customers, we would appreciate you to cross check the codes before unwrapping the product. We will charge you for the opened product, but waive the courier charges for the correct product sent to you.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by us if the return is a result of our error.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we accept product exchange. Return shipping and handling fees are borne by the buyer. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in good and original condition. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
  • We only allow product exchange within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Please write to us via email before delivering as we need to check our stock availability. Email template is as follows:-
